After a completed course the student should be able to:

 * Develop programs in the C# programming language
 * Apply principles for appropriate object-oriented design
 * Construct validating web documents with HTML and CSS
 * Analyze, design and develop web applications
 * Connect to databases and retrieve data using LINQ
 * Carry out code review and testing with automatic tools

 * C#:s syntax and semantics
 * Documentation of C# code for maintenance and reusability
 * .NET components and their properties
 * Web design with HTML, CSS and AJAX
 * Data bases och data base connections
 * Design models for web application development with ASP.NET
 * Tools for automatic code review and testing

= Outline =
 * Distance course with 3 traditional face-to-face lectures
 * Assignments and a final web development mini project
