== Distance Course in English with a Focus on C# Web Applications ==
A lot of system development is today web based and C# in one of the most
frequently used languages. You will work with assignments and a project in
an integrated development environment. Your individual work on the course
is facilitated by recorded online material and discussions in the Moodle VLE.
The course is given in distance mode but 3 additional lectures are given F2F
in Kista. Prepare yourself for programming and self studies but you will have
decent support by a course book, code examples and online facilitating.

After a completed course the student should be able to:

 * Develop programs in the C# programming language
 * Apply principles for appropriate object-oriented design
 * Construct validating web documents with HTML and CSS
 * Analyze, design and develop web applications
 * Connect to databases and retrieve data using LINQ
 * Carry out code review and testing with automatic tools
