Aim
After the course the student should be able to:
- Explain the central concepts of big data and open data, and methods, models and techniques to process and analyze such data
- Explain the central concepts in the management and control of data (data management and data governance)
- Explain how public organizations can improve citizen interaction, decision-making and business processes using data management, big data and open data
- Summarize and analyze a topic in the areas of management and control of data, big data, and / or open data based on scientific research, and apply the substance of the concept of a planned or existing public organization (by writing an essay)
- Analyze the impact of solutions based on big data and open data, taking into account organizational, ethical and societal aspects
