Aim
After the course the student should be able to:
- Understand the security requirements in complex systems and e-services
- Be aware of security threats and attacks
- Understand and manage security risks
- Have knowledge of the legislation in security
- Evaluate and select controls to provide assurance of complex systems and e-services
- Establish and/or improve the security of systems and e-services
Syllabus
The course includes the following areas:
- Basic safety principles of e-governance
- Security of IT systems and e-services
- Security threats and attacks
- Methods and controls to prevent, detect and minimize security vulnerabilities
- Risk Management
- Incident Management
- Legal requirements for security and privacy regarding information management in complex systems and e-services
