After the course the student should be able to:
 * Understand the security requirements in complex systems and e-services
 * Be aware of security threats and attacks
 * Understand and manage security risks
 * Have knowledge of the legislation in security
 * Evaluate and select controls to provide assurance of complex systems and e-services
 * Establish and/or improve the security of systems and e-services

The course includes the following areas:
 * Basic safety principles of e-governance
 * Security of IT systems and e-services
 * Security threats and attacks
 * Methods and controls to prevent, detect and minimize security vulnerabilities
 * Risk Management
 * Incident Management
 * Legal requirements for security and privacy regarding information management in complex systems and e-services
